WHAT’S HAPPENING IN JUNE

Can you believe that the cold is here … it is now time to scrapbook the Winter away!!!  Make sure your scrapbook room has a heater in it, get some deliciously hot milo, yummy biscuits and let us get scrapbooking!!!!!!  For me winter is the perfect time to scrapbook and catch up on all the DVD’s and loads of series that I’ve missed along the summer. 

©       World Cup 2010 is here!  Can you believe that after all the years and years of preparation - it is finally upon us.  For most of us that means that we’ll have to stay in the safety of our own homes through this holiday period.  To accommodate this – we have added loads of extra classes over this long holiday period.  If we cannot go on holiday – let’s SCRAPBOOK!!!  This is a scrapbooker’s pot of gold really!!!!

©       Another added bonus for June to help get through almost 5 weeks of school holidays – attend 4 classes and get your 5th FREE!!!!  This special will run through the duration of the World Cup!

©       In addition to this, if you buy 4 sets of class notes you will get your 5th set of notes for FREE.  They must either be 4 doubles or 4 singles (not mixed).  Just a reminder that Club Members only Pay R50-00 for Double and R35-00 for Single Class notes.  This will definitely help us get through the winter holidays ahead!!!  This special will be available until the 11th of July.  We have added loads of new class notes and more to come!  So that will help you to get those albums filled up!

©       A delightful Fathers Day class for the Kiddies will be held on Friday, 12th June from 13h00 to 15h00.  The class will be run again on Saturday, 13th June from 10h00 to 12h00.  Please book your spot asap as these classes require loads of preparation.  The fee for this fantastic class is only R80-00. 

©       If you still don’t have your very own Cuttlebug – remember that if you buy it now you get the awesome font for FREE.  So don’t miss out on this special as I’m sure the special will not last that much longer!

©       We still have 10 sheets of paper for R35-00 in store.  We have added loads of A4 shiny paper to this special – so all those card makers out there - pop in to check them out!

©       Another bargain for the week – from the 1st to the 5th of June – buy 100 sheets or more of Plain Cardstock and get a 15% discount (Club Members get a whopping 30% discount).  What better way to stock up on all your plain papers that are running out!

©       For all Club Members – another plus for being part of this awesome club - get a discount of 10% on all kits in store. 

©       We have another beautiful project which we found along the way – it’s the Botshabelo Community Development Trust.  A family has started a community in the outskirts of Magaliesburg and together they are teaching wonderful life skills and loads more.   We are going to try and get together some necessities every couple of months which we know will make their lives a lot easier … there are loads of young girls that have been rescued from horrific sad places in their young lives – they are all beginning to become ladies.  If you could perhaps buy a packet of sanitary pads when you go grocery shopping and bring it to our shop we can take a whole whack of these through to them.  Also a lot of the people in the Community do not have shoes – this range from children to the elderly – so please go through your shoes and bring your old ones along too.  We can help keep loads of people’s toes warm this winter!  If you want to see what work they do please search engine Botshabelo Community on Google and read up on the awesome work this family has done!  It has touched my life greatly … I hope you can all help us touch their lives too!!!  Thanks scrappers …
